SOLD! This was a completely different experience, it was our own house! 
We worked incredibly hard to get it ready: lots of purging, selling, trips to the dump, staging, yard work, cleaning... and more cleaning. We had 8 showings in just 2 days, received 2 offers, and it was sold!
The interesting part was that we were the sellers this time. We decided to use a friend and co-worker to handle the sale. One reason was that I don’t have insurance coverage when listing my own property, and the other was that I’m just too close to it — too emotionally involved to be truly professional .
.Bonnie did a great job, and everything went very smoothly, but it was still A LOT, and definitely stressful at times. Sure, we know what clients go through, but going through it ourselves really gave us a whole new level of understanding. Now we REALLY know LOL.
